Lead and mentor the backend development team
Manage daily development tasks and enforce execution of the work plan
Participate in architecture design, development, and testing
Recruit and onboard new team members
Drive best practices, code quality, and scalability
דרישות התפקיד
At least 1\2 years as a Backend Team Lead\ Tech lead- Must!
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks (e.g. Express, Koa)
- Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
