Senior System Priority Engineer

Data Interface Design: Develop, implement, and manage data interfaces between core MIS platforms, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
Data Integration Projects: Plan and execute data migration and integration projects to support business operations and scalability.
System Optimization: Continuously enhance ERP and CRM platforms to improve data handling, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
Business Process Alignment: Work with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and deliver effective technical solutions.
Project Management: Manage MIS-related projects, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across platforms.
?Technical Support: Provide advanced support for ERP, CRM, and data integration systems, troubleshooting issues to minimize disruptions.

Education: B.Sc. degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience & knowledge with Priority ERP or other enterprise ERP, including integrations.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and database management; familiarity with APIs and middleware tools for data integration.
Analytical Expertise: Exceptional problem-solving skills focusing on data architecture and process optimization.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively work with technical and non-technical teams.
Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects using tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar.
Innovative Approach: A proactive mindset to identify and implement scalable data integration solutions.

?Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms is a strong advantage.
Experience with data visualization tools and reporting systems (Power BI & Tableau)
Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation.
