Tax Manager

A global and fast-growing technology company is seeking an experienced Tax Manager for a key role reporting directly to the CFO. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of global tax activities in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Ensure compliance with Israeli and international tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions
? Manage global tax obligations, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, GST, Sales Tax, DST, and other indirect taxes
? Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position and mitigate risks
? Oversee Transfer Pricing policies and intercompany agreements
? Monitor and implement OECD BEPS requirements, including Pillar 1 & 2, CbCR, and economic substance
? Lead tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with tax authorities (Income Tax, VAT, Bituach Leumi)
? Oversee tax reporting and accounting, including provisions, deferred taxes, and disclosures under IFRS
? Support M&A transactions, business expansions, and tax due diligence
? Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors
? Improve tax processes and drive operational efficiencies

Requirements:
? CPA, Big 4 alumni, and qualified lawyer – mandatory
? 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a high-tech company
? Strong knowledge of Israeli and international taxation and Transfer Pricing
? Proven expertise in OECD BEPS and cross-border tax structuring
? Experience handling tax audits and disputes
? Strong understanding of tax accounting under IFRS
? High-level analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
? Fluent English (written and spoken)
