Optimization Manager

A Publicly traded company at the Toronto Stock Exchange Ventures with HQ in Israel and offices in Singapore, India, Bulgaria, Canada, Mexico, South Korea and Brazil is looking for an Optimization Manager to join its team.The Optimization Manager is responsible for Campaign success through careful coordination between Advertiser and Publisher interests, with a primary focus on Advertiser interests. The primary focus is the full delivery of budgets at quality targets. This position entails analytical skills and clear and concise written communication with team members. 1 year minimum of Mobile Advertising Experience .Main Objectives:Coordinate between Advertiser and Publisher needs to maximize opportunitiesAnalyze data and execute optimizations in order to scale revenues and reach campaign objectivesUnderstand and manage client products/services and ensure that their offers remain competitive within the marketPromote assigned campaigns; implement constant improvements and creative solutions to increase activityQualifications:Experience in working with different UA channels – SDK networks, Google, programmatic media buying-big advantageExperience with and control of mobile and web analytics platformsknowledge and understanding of the mobile ecosystemStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong budgeting/planning skills & creative thinkingAbility to multitask and prioritize competing and conflicting demandsEnglish – Fluency at a Native LevelStrong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Calculated fields, Advanced Formulas)
