Senior QA Automation Engineer

Are you passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of cutting-edge, production-grade AI systems? We’re looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to help validate a powerful MLOps platform that supports real-world machine learning workflows—including advanced use cases such as generative AI and large language models (LLMs).

As part of the QA engineering team, you’ll design and develop sophisticated automation frameworks to test everything from Kubernetes-based deployments to hybrid and cloud-native AI pipelines. You’ll work closely with R&D, Product, DevOps, and Architecture teams to ensure end-to-end platform stability, scalability, and performance.

What You'll Do

✔ Take ownership of quality assurance across critical platform features from requirements to release
✔ Build robust automated test scenarios that reflect real-world ML and GenAI workflows in distributed, cloud-native environments
✔ Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for infrastructure validation (scaling, resource management, API interactions, observability, etc.)
✔ Validate complex Kubernetes-based deployments across on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments
✔ Mentor fellow QA engineers through code reviews, architectural input, and best practice enforcement
✔ Identify and address testing gaps, quality risks, and edge-case scenarios under enterprise-scale workloads
✔ Design and implement tooling to increase the efficiency and reliability of the overall testing pipeline

✔ 6+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer with strong Python-based automation background
✔ Deep understanding of software testing methodologies for distributed systems
✔ Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale automation infrastructures and CI pipelines
✔ Hands-on experience with tools such as Pytest, cloud provider SDKs, and Kubernetes testing utilities
✔ Experience testing complex deployments in Kubernetes, hybrid, and cloud-native environments
✔ Strong analytical and debugging skills across multi-layered platforms
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
