Shopify & eCommerce Operations Manager

We’re looking for a sharp, passionate E-Commerce expert to grow our DTC Shopify websites globally.

our Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and technical operation of the company’s Shopify ecosystem. This role ensures that the website operates efficiently, supports marketing initiatives, maintains seamless integrations across business systems, and continuously improves the customer shopping experience.

This position works closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, and external technology partners.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

✓ 3–5+ years managing Shopify Plus or advanced Shopify stores
✓ Strong understanding of Shopify
✓ Experience with Shopify apps and integrations
✓ Familiarity with APIs, ERPs, warehouse systems, and payment providers
✓ Experience with eCommerce merchandising
✓ Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
✓ Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues without being a developer
✓ Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
✓ Ability to integrate AI tools into day-to-day workflows
✓ Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills

Nice to Have

✓ Experience in Beauty or Skincare
✓ French language skills
✓ Experience working in a global company
