BA Team Lead

We are looking for a Business Analyst Team Lead to join our growing analytics function and play a key role in shaping data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced gaming environment, lead a high-impact team, and influence core business strategy.

Responsibilities

*Lead and manage a team of business analysts, including mentoring, task prioritization, and professional development
*Recruit, build, and retain top analytics talent, including setting up new analytics capabilities
*Define and maintain data structures, metrics, and analytics frameworks
*Build and own dashboards to monitor core business KPIs
*Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
*Design, validate, and support predictive and statistical models aligned with product and business goals
*Automate analytical processes and reporting workflows
*Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation strategies
*Work closely with Product, Marketing, Monetization, and other stakeholders to support decision-making

Requirements

*At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.
*Proven leadership experience - managing and mentoring analysts (must).
*Experience in the gaming industry - advantage.
*Experience working in B2C companies or mobile applications - must.
*Advanced statistical knowledge (e.g., significance testing, causal inference, predictive modeling).
*Proficient in SQL - must.
*Experience working with dashboarding tools (Tableau & Looker – an advantage).
*Experience with Python - advantage.
*Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of business goals.
