Backend Team Lead

As we expand, we’re looking for a rockstar Backend Team Lead to join our team.

✔ Lead and manage a team of backend developers
✔ Own the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems
✔ Take an active hands-on role (~30%), including coding, code reviews, and solving complex technical challenges
✔ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
✔ Design and implement high-performance backend services using C#
✔ Work with MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies to ensure data integrity and performance
✔ Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient RESTful APIs

Requirements

✔ At least 2 years of proven managerial experience leading development teams
✔ Minimum 6 years of backend development experience
✔ Strong hands-on backend expertise
✔ Ability to balance people management with technical involvement
✔ Strong experience with MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL
✔ Proven experience designing and building robust RESTful APIs
✔ Proficiency with Git or other version control systems
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
