A fast-growing gaming company is looking for a Unity Team Lead to lead a strong development team and drive the next phase of product growth.
This role combines team leadership with hands-on development and ownership over core gameplay systems and performance.
Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and mentor a team of Unity developers
✔ Stay hands-on (~30–40%) with development and code reviews
✔ Design and implement scalable gameplay systems in Unity (C#)
✔ Own architecture, performance, and technical quality
✔ Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Data teams
✔ Drive best practices, development processes, and team standards
דרישות התפקיד:
Requirements:
✔ 2+ years of experience leading development teams
✔ 5+ years of Unity development experience
✔ Strong proficiency in Unity and C#
✔ Experience building gameplay systems and working on live products
✔ Solid understanding of architecture and performance optimization
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
Nice to have:
✔ Experience with mobile games / B2C products
✔ Familiarity with backend integration
✔ Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
