VP R&D

A fast-growing gaming company is looking for a VP R&D to lead its technology organization and drive the next phase of product scale and growth.

This is a key leadership role combining team management with hands-on involvement in processes, architecture, and technical decision-making.

Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and scale R&D teams (Backend, Client, DevOps, etc.)
✔ Own system architecture, scalability, and performance
✔ Establish and improve development processes (CI/CD, Agile, best practices)
✔ Work closely with Product, Data, and leadership teams
✔ Drive technical strategy and influence product direction
✔ Stay hands-on at a high level (design, code reviews, technical processes)

✔ Proven experience as VP R&D / Director / Senior R&D Manager
✔ Experience in gaming / B2C / high-scale products
✔ Strong technical background (Backend / Client / Architecture)
✔ Experience building and leading high-performing teams
✔ Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
✔ Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments
