Performance Marketing Manager

A fast-growing international beauty & skincare brand, is looking for a hands-on, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale performance marketing activities globally.

This is a key role with direct impact on the company’s growth, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategy, execution, and measurable results.

What You’ll Do

✔ Own and manage paid acquisition channels - Social and Google
✔ Lead performance strategy, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization
✔ Analyze campaign performance and extract actionable, data-driven insights
✔ Collaborate closely with Creative, Data, and leadership teams
✔ Continuously test, experiment, and improve to maximize ROAS and growth

✔ 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Meta & Google – mandatory)
✔ Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into business impact
✔ Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities
✔ Fluent English – high level required
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
✔ Experience in Beauty, Skincare, or D2C brands – significant advantage
