Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities:
• Lead Solution Architecture: Design, develop, and implement highly scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on complex, multi-system integration architecture.
• Stakeholder & Team Alignment: Translate complex business requirements into technical designs. Provide professional technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, and lead Agile project planning (estimation, user stories).
• System Integrity & Optimization: Ensure solution quality, scalability, and security compliance through systemic reviews. Drive innovation by staying current with Salesforce features and resolving complex technical challenges.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 5+ years of professional experience on the Salesforce platform, including significant work as a Solution Architect/Consultant in complex environments.
• Deep Platform Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce Ecosystem.
• Salesforce Platform / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Community Cloud (Experience Cloud).
• Advanced Configuration, Security/Permissions Management, Data Migration, and Data Model.
• Development Familiarity (Advantage): Familiarity with Apex & Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations.
• Technical Leadership & Problem Solving: Previous experience leading development groups or providing technical leadership within the Salesforce ecosystem is required. Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to collaboratively and innovatively solve complex challenges.
• Salesforce Certified Admin
Certifications & Education (Advantage):
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud/Sales Cloud /Field Service /Marketing Cloud.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Additional Skills:
• Communication: Strong English communication and documentation skills (written and verbal).
• Autonomy and Resourcefulness: Must be capable of performing efficiently and effectively without direct oversight in a fast-paced environment, utilizing resourcefulness, creativity, and strategic thinking for effective problem troubleshooting.
