Provide end-to-end leadership and accountability for all Receiving and Picking operations.
Ensure best-practice standards in safety, quality, service, and operational efficiency aligned with business objectives.
Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Build the annual operational plan and monitor progress using clear KPIs and performance metrics.
Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and cost-optimization initiatives.
Develop, implement, and enforce robust departmental policies, procedures, and operating standards.
Lead by example and mentor managers and team leads to strengthen operational capabilities and overall team performance.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all operational functions.
Ensure operational performance supports customer satisfaction, service-level commitments, and broader supply chain objectives.
Lead major organizational projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
Collaborate closely with department managers and the executive team to align priorities, resolve operational challenges, and drive strategic outcomes.
Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative technologies, tools, and practices to enhance operational excellence.
דרישות התפקיד
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field - mandatory; MBA - preferred.
5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or distribution operations, including at least 3–4 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated track record in operational excellence and process improvement (Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Expertise with WMS and ERP systems and a high level of technological proficiency.
Proven leadership capabilities, including team development, coaching, and performance management.
Excellent communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
Innovative mindset with the ability to drive change and challenge existing processes.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of the organization.
High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
