Product Manager

Company is looking for a Product Manager to lead its product strategy, execution, and team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee all aspects of product development and manage a team of product managers, driving innovation across our platform.
We’re seeking a senior product leader with experience in marketplaces or B2B SaaS, strong user-centered design instincts, and a proven ability to scale high-performing teams and products.

Responsibilities:
Oversee product strategy and development
Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Build and manage a team of product managers, providing leadership and direction
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product solutions
Use data, research, and customer feedback to inform prioritization and drive product decisions
Optimize the user journey, conversion funnels, and overall platform experience
Implement best practices in product operations, agile development, and performance tracking
Identify opportunities for growth through product-led and sales-led strategies

What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of product management experience
Strong background in SaaS or marketplace products with measurable success
Proven experience driving product strategy and executing on high-impact roadmaps
Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to growth, funnels, and performance
Strong communicator and team builder with cross-functional leadership experience
Experience leading remote or distributed teams a plus

Bonus
Experience in luxury, e-commerce, fintech, or B2B2C platforms

This role will be a hybrid role based in Ramat Gan.
