Full Stack Embedded Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Embedded Engineer to join our growing startup in Petah Tikva.
In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize embedded software for real-time and multidisciplinary systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate software and hardware.
This is a hands-on position that requires both deep technical expertise and the ability to drive projects independently in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and optimize software for embedded systems.
• Design software architectures and real-time solutions for complex products.
• Integrate software with hardware components and multidisciplinary systems.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and product teams to ensure end-to-end system success.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve software performance and reliability.

Requirements
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience developing complex, multidisciplinary systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on programming experience in C/C++.
• Proven experience with multithreading, real-time programming, and embedded development.
• Strong background working with STM and ESP microcontrollers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Nice to Have
• Experience with AWS and IoT Core services.
• Familiarity with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) communication.
• Knowledge of full stack development in embedded or IoT environments.
