As a senior compensation and benefits consultant, your responsibilities will include:

🔶 Leading and designing complex projects for some of Israel's leading companies, interacting with senior executives, and compensation committees.

🔶 Working closely with other team members on a range of compensation projects based on client's needs

🔶 Preparing Excel simulations and simulators to support consulting projects and guiding other team members through the process.

🔶 Participating in and presenting at meetings with clients at all seniority levels, including leaders, management, CEOs, and board of directors.

🔶 Working directly with client stakeholders, including managers, VP HRs, CFOs, CEOs, and board members.

🔶 Gaining professional experience in compensation and benefits at the highest level.

Requirements:

✅ Compensation & benefits experience (4+ years) 

✅ Excellent communication skills, fully capable of writing and verbally expressing in Hebrew and English, Proven track record of working in English – speaking, reading, writing, and presenting presentations at a proficient level 

✅ Strong Excel skills (including complex functions, and pivot tables)

✅ Ability to work flexibly, including in unusual hours

✅ Mobility/driving license

🔷 High-Tech / Global companies experience – Advantage

🔷 Plus: Agreement to work as a freelancer

🔷 Fluent English
