VOIP & Network Engineer – Herzliya (Hybrid)

iFOR Fintech, the technological division of the iFOREX Group, develops the core financial systems behind one of the world’s leading trading platforms and supports the company’s global operations.
We are looking for a talented VOIP & Network Engineer to join our IT team and take full ownership of the company’s VOIP environment.

What will you do?

• Take full responsibility for all VOIP infrastructure
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve VOIP issues and failures
• Work closely with external SIP providers (local and global)
• Manage and maintain Insight and Cloud PBX platforms
• Perform PBX upgrades, updates, and optimizations
• Investigate and troubleshoot PBX and VOIP-related faults
• Provide technical support to the Service Desk team
• Manage the company’s numbering resources
• Collaborate with company offices and local IT teams worldwide
• Partner with the infrastructure team to resolve network issues
• Work closely with management and provide ongoing reporting

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience in VOIP – MUST
• Strong hands-on experience with Asterisk & FreePBX – MUST
• Solid knowledge of Linux & Networking
• Strong understanding of SIP / SDP / RTP / RTCP protocols
• Experience in computing/communications environments, especially Linux
• Familiarity with relevant products and solutions in the market
• Experience with Firewalls, Switches, and Routers – an advantage
• Knowledge of AWS or cloud environments – an advantage
• Ability to support after standard working hours – required
• Fluent English – MUST
