Full Stack Engineer

A fast-growing Israeli startup, backed by a Fortune 500 S&P company, is looking for a Backend Engineer to join the Platform Team and play a key role in improving developer experience and scalability. ✅ Boost Developer Efficiency – Build tools, processes, and workflows to make development smoother and more productive.

✅ Scale the System – Design and implement high-performance, scalable solutions to support hundreds of SaaS clients.

✅ Backend Development – Work with Python, FastAPI, and Celery to build robust backend systems and APIs.

✅ Improve Code Consistency – Create and maintain repository templates & internal libraries for code reuse.

✅ Optimize Multi-Tenancy – Manage configurations and settings for a secure, scalable multi-tenant environment.

✅ Monitor & Optimize – Ensure backend stability, identify bottlenecks, and fine-tune performance.

✅ Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with top engineers across different domains, from backend to data engineering.

• 3+ years of backend development experience in scalable SaaS environments
• Proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI
• Experience with asynchronous task queues (Celery)
• Strong DevOps mindset – understanding of Kubernetes-native applications
• Familiarity with best software development practices – version control, testing, and code reviews
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of microservices architecture & distributed systems
• Experience with multi-tenant configuration management tools
