Sales Analyst

The sales department in Amisragas, the energy solutions company, is seeking a vibrant sales analyst for the company's headquarters in Tel Aviv (Ahad Ha'am).

About the position:

o Analysis of activities for all sales procedures, service division and the branches

   (call centers, shops and branches, digital, sales, customer complaints, etc.)

o Characterization and construction of measurement and control tools for the

   headquarters and the field.

o In-depth analysis of trends, forming insights and identifying opportunities for

   improvement

o Managing, monitoring and paying attention to indicators and adaptation

   to changing needs

o Producing periodic reports

o Construction and ongoing maintenance of compensation models for    

   employees and managers

o Support projects throughout the company in aspects of analysis

o Preparation of internal status and presenting info and solutions in meetings  

    with company managers

Requirements

• Previous experience as an analyst, preferably for service/retail organizations (customers, sales, service, retention, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management / economics / management - an advantage

• Ability to analyze, quantitative and process thinking

• Excellent command of Excel and good command of all Office tools

• Ability to drive interfaces at headquarters and in the field

• • Ability to learn and work independently
