PMO – Energy and Water

We are looking for division PMO. The PMO will be responsible for supporting the project director or the
engineering manger for the project management activities, establishing, maintaining, and optimizing
project management standards, tools, and best practices across all division projects.
This role ensures that engineering and management activities are delivered on time, within scope, and
aligned with the client’s expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, and processes
tailored to division's needs.
· Support project teams in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and
resource allocation.
· Monitor project performance indicators (cost, schedule, quality, risk) and ensure compliance
with contractual and internal standards.
· Review project deliverables (technical documents, progress reports, dashboards) for accuracy,
completeness, and alignment with project objectives.
· Lead the development of standard templates for project charters, project execution plans,
reporting, and change management.
· Coordinate between different projects.
· Support Project Managers by identifying risks, bottlenecks, and deviations early and proposing
corrective actions

Experience and Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in industrial and management engineering.
· PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred; PgMP, PMI-RMP, or PRINCE2
certifications are a plus.
· Minimum 3 years of project management experience in engineering, construction management,
or Owner’s Engineer roles.
· Knowledge schedule and planner software's (MS- project, Primavera etc.)
· Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and across cultures.
· Fluent in Hebrew and English
