As an AI Product Manager , you’ll shape the future of our AI and GenAI products, guiding their design, development, and continuous improvement to create real business impact and elevate the customer experience.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams- engineering, data science, operations, and business units- to connect real business needs with cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market and user research to uncover needs, trends, and opportunities, using insights to guide product decisions.
Define and drive the AI and GenAI product strategy, aligning it with Migdal’s business goals and customer experience objectives.
Translate business challenges into AI-driven opportunities and actionable product initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams and startups to design and test proof-of-concepts, validate ideas quickly, and scale successful solutions.
Create and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features based on data, feedback, and business value.
Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to ensure cohesive product delivery and smooth execution.
Manage the full product lifecycle — from discovery and ideation to launch and optimization.

2+ years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to AI, GenAI, or data-driven products.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning tools and frameworks (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Base44, Azure AI Studio, Bedrock).
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
Hands-on experience working with Agile teams and managing end-to-end product delivery.
Experience in financial, fintech, or insurance environments — an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.
Strong storytelling and communication skills, capable of inspiring diverse stakeholders and aligning them around a shared vision.
Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning mindset — always exploring new tools and AI capabilities.
