Accounting Operation Analyst

SodaStream is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Accountant to join our finance team. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting internal and external audit processes.
Responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, assisting with the month-end close process (journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis), supporting regulatory and management reporting, collaborating with auditors, maintaining internal controls, and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.
The role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, global environment.

Education:
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)

Experience:
5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting
Experience with global companies

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems ( Oracle, NetSuite)
Experience with reporting tools

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities- Month-end Close
