Construction Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination of construction programs with the Director of Construction
• Oversight of site supervision teams, assisting in delivery and removal of blocking issues.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams
• Coordinate between civil works, dry and wet utilities , and interface points
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, procurement, and project management teams
• Represent the project in meetings with stakeholders, consultants, and authorities

• 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with proven experience in construction in an urban environment, interfacing with municipalities and utility owners.
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, project coordination, safety standards, and execution planning
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field or practical engineer; advanced degrees – a plus
• Advantage for rail/metro/tunneling experience.
• Experience working in or with international project management and EPC firms – preferred
