ecruitment Manager for a Global Tech Company

Direct reporting to the CEO
OMC Group, a global tech company specializing in cloud solutions and experiencing significant growth, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join us and lead the company’s recruitment strategy.
About the Role
You will manage the recruitment and HR functions in the company with a strong focus on developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, primarily for tech roles.
Work closely with the executive team and lead processes in a dynamic, global, and challenging environment with plenty of room to initiate, influence, and create impact.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment management, including managing recruitment coordinators – required
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage end-to-end processes
Experience with high-volume recruitment – a strong advantage
Passion for people, attention to detail, and a desire to grow with the company
Location: Kiryat Bialik
