Bookkeeping Manager

Job descriptionWe are a growing defense company located in Tzur Yigal (moving to Emek Hafer in 2025) looking for an experienced Bookkeeping Manager to join our team.In this position, you will oversee all daily bookkeeping tasks, and generate monthly reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in a global environment with multiple entities, have strong attention to detail, be a quick learner, and demonstrate teamwork and independent work capabilities. You would be reporting to the VP Finance.Roles And ResponsibilitiesManage all bookkeeping aspects of the company.Work closely with the financial controller and the finance team.Prepare the trial balance and supporting documentation for the monthly closing process.Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.Contribute to the periodic reporting tasks and support with quarterly and year-end audit process.Perform other finance ad-hoc tasks as required.RequirementsCertification certificate in accounting type 3 – mandatoryRelevant experience in the field of at least 5 years – mandatoryFull control of Priority software – mandatoryExcel at a high level – mandatoryEnglish at a good level – reading, writing and speaking – mandatoryExperience in project / defense companies – a big advantageExperience in a public company or that has reported to a public company – an advantageSkillsHighly organized with strong attention to details, focus and prioritizing skills.Carry out tasks independently and in collaboration with other team members.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal capabilities.
