Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for an experienced and passionate Social User Acquisition Team Lead to join our marketing team and drive high-impact campaigns across leading social platforms.What You’ll DoAs Team Lead, you’ll manage a group of social acquisition specialists and lead large-scale, multi-channel campaigns that reach millions of users worldwide. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and others.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support a team of social user acquisition managersPlan, execute, and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns across multiple social platformsSet KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of performance targetsAnalyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally with business, product, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment and drive growthStay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging media opportunitiesRequirements:3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns on social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube – mandatory)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisionsCreative and strategic thinker with strong execution skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesHigh proficiency in English – both written and spokenPreferred: 1+ year of experience in team management or mentorshipPreferred: Experience with Reddit or native advertising platformsBonus PointsExperience in fast-paced, data-driven performance marketing environmentsFamiliarity with attribution tools and user journey analysisPassion for building and scaling user acquisition strategies from scratchAbout Natural IntelligenceFounded in 2009, we've grown into an industry leader while remaining bootstrapped.
