Social User Acquisition Team Lead

Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for an experienced and passionate Social User Acquisition Team Lead to join our marketing team and drive high-impact campaigns across leading social platforms.

What You’ll Do

As Team Lead, you’ll manage a group of social acquisition specialists and lead large-scale, multi-channel campaigns that reach millions of users worldwide. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and others.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a team of social user acquisition managers
Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns across multiple social platforms
Set KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of performance targets
Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment and drive growth
Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging media opportunities

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns on social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube – mandatory)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions
Creative and strategic thinker with strong execution skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
High proficiency in English – both written and spoken
Preferred: 1+ year of experience in team management or mentorship
Preferred: Experience with Reddit or native advertising platforms

Bonus Points

Experience in fast-paced, data-driven performance marketing environments
Familiarity with attribution tools and user journey analysis
Passion for building and scaling user acquisition strategies from scratch
