Tenengroup is a global eCommerce powerhouse, delivering innovative solutions and personalized experiences. As part of our Performance Marketing team, you’ll help shape campaigns that make an impact across the digital landscape.
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Lead to own the creative vision and execution of performance-driven campaigns. You’ll spearhead content creation, collaborate with external agencies, and deliver top-notch ad creatives optimized for conversions across diverse digital platforms.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in creative content creation (copywriting, design, video) and performance marketing.
• Experience working with digital advertising platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
• Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative ideas that resonate across different platforms.
• Experience in writing for marketing and adapting tone and messaging for different target audiences.
• Experience managing and collaborating with creative teams (e.g., video editors, photographers, designers).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Creative Content Creation: Writing engaging ad copy, landing page content, social media posts, and other marketing materials, while aligning with the overall performance goals of the campaigns.
• Collaboration with External Creative Agencies: Leading and managing relationships with external creative agencies that produce part of the campaign creatives.
• Video Editing Management: Collaborating with video editors to create compelling video content that captures attention and drives engagement, tailored to performance marketing objectives.
• Ad Creative Development: Designing and producing ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, etc.), optimized for conversions and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing, design, and performance teams to ensure that the creative assets align with campaign goals and target audience preferences.
Advantages:
• Experience with performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Background in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
