We are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager For managing and leading projects and strategic processes in the financial field.

How your day will look like:

• Leading projects and transformation moves in finance departments.
• Designing and implementing operating models for the finance department.
• Improving work processes, tools and technology, and improving the value that the finance department produces for the organization.
• Working closely with senior positions interfaces and board members.

• Relevant bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution - required
• At least 4 years of experience in the field of organizational / operational / business consulting and / or experience working in the finance department - required
• Familiarity with the work processes of the finance department
• Ability to break down a complex problem into its causes, perform a merger and connect to obtain an overall picture
• Ability to quickly learn new work environments
• Logical and quantitative thinking combined with business understanding - required
• High level English - required
