Marketing & Business Development Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly capable Marketing & Business Development Specialist with strong execution skills, analytical thinking, technological fluency, and a passion for data. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of go-to-market marketing initiatives, manage marketing operations, and help drive growth across strategic practices and business units within the firm.

This is a highly hands-on position that requires operational excellence, the ability to work across a complex organizational environment, and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to translate business priorities into effective marketing actions and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives, including conferences, webinars, roundtables, and content-led programs.
• CRM & Marketing Automation: Manage CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to support campaigns, email communications, newsletters, audience segmentation, and data quality.
• Storytelling & Executive Presentations: Create high-quality marketing materials, internal briefs, and client-facing presentations. Strong PowerPoint skills are essential, including the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, professional, and visually engaging slides.
• AI-Driven Content Creation: Use AI tools daily to support content development, marketing copy, market research, presentation building, and productivity.
• Data-Driven Marketing & ROI: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, with a focus on ROI, engagement metrics, and business impact.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key point of contact for Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers across the firm. Translate business needs into effective marketing initiatives and content.
• Internal Processes & Governance: Support internal approval and governance processes, including conflict checks, branding reviews, quality assurance, and coordination with Finance, Procurement, and Risk teams in line with firm policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operational marketing roles
• Experience in B2B organizations, technology companies, or professional services firms is an advantage.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to support decision-making.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar tools for marketing, content, research, and productivity.
• Native-level Hebrew and highly proficient English, both written and spoken.

תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:

• הוצאה לפועל של קמפיינים ויוזמות Go-To-Market מקצה לקצה: תכנון, בנייה והוצאה לפועל של קמפיינים שיווקיים רב-ערוציים, כולל הפקת כנסים מקצועיים, וובינרים, שולחנות עגולים ויוזמות מבוססות תוכן.
• ניהול מערכות CRM ופלטפורמות אוטומציה שיווקית: ניהול מסעות לקוח, אופטימיזציה של דיוור שיווקי וניוזלטרים, ושמירה על איכות דאטה גבוהה.
• Storytelling ויצירת מצגות: יצירת חומרים שיווקיים ברמה גבוהה, בריפים פנימיים ומצגות מקצועיות ללקוחות, עם דגש על מיומנויות מתקדמות ב-PPT.
• יצירת תוכן מבוסס AI: שימוש שוטף בכלי AI מתקדמים לצורך ייעול תהליכים, כתיבה שיווקית, מחקרי שוק ואופטימיזציה של נכסים דיגיטליים.
• שיווק מבוסס דאטה: תמיכה בהטמעה ויישום של תהליכי מדידה שיווקיים, כולל ניטור, ניתוח ודיווח על ביצועי קמפיינים, עם התמקדות ב-ROI ובאימפקט עסקי.
• עבודה מול ממשקים ובעלי עניין: עבודה שוטפת כ-Focal Point מול גורמים פנימיים בפירמה, כולל שותפים, דירקטורים ומנהלים, ותרגום הצעות ערך עסקיות מורכבות לתוצרים שיווקיים חדים ומדויקים.
• ניהול תהליכי אישור פנימיים: הובלת תהליכי אישור קפדניים, כולל בדיקות ניגוד עניינים, מיתוג ואיכות, ועבודה מול מחלקות תומכות כגון כספים, רכש וניהול סיכונים.
