Immigration Team Coordinator

Deloitte - the leading and largest firm in the world for consulting and accounting services is looking for a Coordinator to join our Immigration Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both office work and being on the move, traveling to various locations, and working with both local and international clients.

The immigration team at Deloitte Israel supports companies with work visa applications, relocation services, and more.

What You Will Do:

• Communicate with internal offices via email, phone, or in-person visits.
• Draft and submit work permit applications through the Ministry of the Interior’s systems (Misrad HaPnim).
• Provide back-office support services.
• Offer regular support and guidance to the team’s clients.
• Submit applications for business visas at foreign consulates in Israel.

• Bachelor’s degree (law graduates are a plus) – mandatory.
• High-level proficiency in English – mandatory.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in both Hebrew and English – mandatory.
• Willingness to work overtime – mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – mandatory.
• Willingness to travel frequently to branches of the Ministry of the Interior (Misrad HaPnim).

• פניות למשרדי פנים שונים (בין אם במייל, טלפון או גישה פיזית).
• ניסוח בקשות להיתרי עבודה והגשתן במערכות משרד הפנים.
• סיוע בשירותי בק אופיס.
• מענה וליווי שוטף ללקוחות הצוות.
• הגשת בקשות לאנשי עסקים בקונסוליות הזרות בישראל.
