Data & AI Security lead

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead the Data and AI Security Consulting domain within Deloitte’s Cyber Center.

This role is pivotal in establishing a robust practice that addresses the security challenges associated with data and AI technologies.

In this role you will be the primary focal point, fostering collaboration with internal (local and global) DATA and AI teams to drive innovative security solutions. develop client relations and lead client facing projects.

Knowledge of cloud data technologies is essential for this role.

Work you will do:

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Data and AI Security Consulting domain.
• Establish and grow the practice, including service offerings, methodologies,frameworks and tools.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory requirements related to data and AI security.
• Build and lead a team of data and AI security professionals as the practice expands.
• Engage with clients to understand their data and AI security needs and challenges.
• Develop and deliver tailored consulting services, including risk assessments, security strategy development, and implementation support.
• Represent Deloitte as a thought leader in data and AI security through speaking engagements, publications, and industry forums.
• Contribute to the development of Deloitte’s intellectual property and service offerings in the data and AI security domain.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in data security and AI security
• At least 5 years of experience at cyber security field
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of data protection regulations, AI ethics, and security frameworks.
• Good knowledge in ,Data Encryption (rest, move) Data anonymization, Field level encryption
• In-depth knowledge of cloud data technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client engagement skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP) are a plus.
• Good knowledge and experience with securing modern/cloud based data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Fabric
