Talent Acquisition Specialist – Deloitte Israel

Deloitte, the world’s leading consulting and accounting firm, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

As part of your role, you will:

• Manage and lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Technical and professional positions.
• Characterize job profiles with hiring managers, open positions in the ATS, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source candidates and build a talent pipeline, mainly via LinkedIn Recruiter and organizational recruitment systems.
• Accompany candidates throughout the process, working in close partnership with hiring managers and providing ongoing recruitment advice.
• Build job offers and handle negotiations at the final stage.
• Coordinate with human resources partners throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• English – native speaker level.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or via placement).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven experience conducting face-to-face interviews and direct interaction with hiring managers – strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage processes.
• Basic familiarity with HR processes (such as onboarding, employee engagement activities, or HR reporting) – an advantage.
