Accountant for the High -Tech Sector Audit Division

Deloitte - the leading and largest professional services firm in the world looking for a Talented Audit Senior for the private sector of our Audit Department.

• Performing annual audits and quarterly financial reviews for startups companies
• Performing audits of income tax reports and declaration of assets
• Working according to US GAAP, IFRS and Israeli GAAP.
• Supporting IPOs of startups and growth companies.
• Supporting equity fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, exit transactions and due diligence.
• Accompanying capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, sales transactions (exit) and due diligence processes

Skills and experience:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Must be a certified public accountant.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in performing external audits of Hi-Tech companies.
• Ability to work on a team and be organized and take initiative.
• Attentive to details and service oriented.
