Product Owner

Description:

Deloitte is seeking a Product Owner to join the Delivery Department within the Corporate Services Division. The team is responsible for designing, implementing, developing, and supporting solutions and applications that enable efficient and seamless business operations. The environment is broad and dynamic, working with technologies such as SQL Server, SAP, Microsoft Office, C#, AI, Angular, and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of existing systems and business processes.
• Identify business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Maintain ongoing communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Provide close support to business users, including reporting and documentation.
• Manage and prioritize immediate change requests alongside future projects and process improvements.
• Ensure project timelines are met while handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Drive continuous strategic and operational improvements by assessing risks, opportunities, and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree – mandatory.
• Experience in project execution and process leadership.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Product Management.
• Experience with the following tools and technologies:
• SAFe
• Azure DevOps (ADO) / Jira
• Excel
• SQL Server
• Visio / Figma
• Monday.com
• Visual Studio
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of English proficiency – mandatory.

• תמיכה צמודה בלקוחות הארגון, כולל דיווח ותיעוד שוטפים
• ניהול וטיפול בשינויים מיידיים לצד תכנון עתידי של פרויקטים ותהליכים
• עמידה ביעדי לו"ז וניהול ריבוי משימות בסביבה דינמית
• הובלת שיפור מתמיד ברמה האסטרטגית והתפעולית, תוך ראייה רחבה של סיכונים והזדמנויות
