Salary audit consultant

Deloitte the leading and largest consulting firm in the world is looking for a salary audit consultant for an internal audit team.

The team is engaged in both the execution and performing of internal audits as well as the establishment, operation and execution of control systems, with an emphasis on salary issues, in a wide variety of companies in the health sector, in the private sector, in the public sector and in government offices.

The position of consultant for payroll audit and control includes leading and performing audits with clients in the payroll worlds -

- Ability to perform and lead internal audits in general and in the payroll field in particular, from the stage of writing the audit plan to presenting the findings to the auditor

- Experience in performing controls in the payroll field - payroll closing / periodic controls / special controls and more

-Familiarity and understanding with salary processes - definition of salary components, change and maintenance of salary components and their effect on the method of reporting and calculation of salary, opening of salary components, the process of closing salary and more

- Familiarity and understanding of the worlds of complex wages - contractual wages

- Familiarity with the different salary systems

- Understanding of the attendance processes and how they are connected to the salary process

- Understanding human resources processes and their impact on the salary process - the effect of salary-determining data on various salary components, changing job definitions and its effect on salary components, and more

- 2-4 years of experience in the field of payroll (also relevant for a payroll accountant) - mandatory

-Experience in internal audit - a significant advantage

-Experience working with the defense sector - an advantage

-Familiarity with payroll systems - an advantage; Familiarity with MALAM - a significant advantage
