Location: Tel Aviv (1 day remote, 4 days at client office)

Job Description:

• Receiving, reviewing, and tracking supplier invoice approvals and payments through different approval processes in the SAP system.
• Recording various journal entries in SAP related to general accounting.
• Generating manual payment instructions.
• Preparing reports and tracking the service balance.
• Opening and updating supplier master records.
• Performing reconciliations with suppliers.
• Recording petty cash transactions.
• Providing ongoing customer service and telephone support to suppliers and company employees.
• Carrying out various tasks for the Suppliers and Payments Department.

• Mandatory: Experience with SAP ECC software.
• Mandatory: Formal bookkeeping education – at least Level 2 Bookkeeper.
• Advantage: Level 3 Bookkeeper certification.
• Mandatory: At least 2 years of recent experience in bookkeeping.
• Mandatory: Knowledge of the SAP system.
• Good familiarity with relevant tax laws (income tax and VAT).
• Proficiency with computer applications, specifically Excel and Word.
• Experience working with SAP’s financial and logistical modules, especially in processing supplier invoices and opening supplier master records (advantage).
• High level of customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Diligence and dedication.

תיאור העבודה:

• קליטה, בדיקה ומעקב אחר אישורי חשבונות ספקים ותשלומים לספקים במסלולי האישור השונים במערכת הסאפ.
• רישום פקודות יומן שונות בסאפ בנושאי הנהלת חשבונות כללית.
• הפקת הוראות תשלום ידניות.
• הפקת דוחות ומעקב אחר מאזן שירותים.
• פתיחה ועדכון כרטיסי מאסטר ספקים.
• ביצוע התאמות עם ספקים.
• רישום קופות קטנות.
• מתן שירות ומענה טלפוני שוטף לספקים ולעובדי החברה.
• ביצוע משימות שונות של מחלקת ספקים ותשלומים
