Description:
We are seeking an experienced CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Specialist with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to join our HR technology and transformation team. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex integrations between SuccessFactors and multiple HR, IT, and business systems, ensuring seamless data flows, high reliability, and strong governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end integration design using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) across all SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation).
- Develop, configure, test, and deploy integration artifacts in SAP CPI, including iFlows, APIs, and middleware components.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient integration solutions.
- Provide ongoing support for existing integrations, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, performance tuning, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and architecture teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Ensure integrations comply with data security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, integration mappings, and operational runbooks/guidelines.
- Support system upgrades, regression testing cycles, and new SuccessFactors module implementations.
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for SuccessFactors integrations.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules and common integration patterns across HR ecosystems.
- Experience designing and delivering APIs and middleware-based integrations, including testing and deployment practices.
- Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into robust technical designs and to support integrations in production.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional, multi-stakeholder teams.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors data models, APIs, and standard integration patterns.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors and on-premise or cloud systems (e.g., S/4HANA, payroll systems, AD/Azure AD, third-party HR applications).
- Proficiency with integration technologies and standards including XML, JSON, OData, SOAP, REST, and XSLT.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication and technical documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Employee Central and EC-to-Payroll integrations.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP services and security concepts.
- Prior consulting experience supporting multiple clients and complex integration landscapes.
- SAP certifications (CPI, SuccessFactors) are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, curious, and solution-driven.
