Unitronics, a global company specializes in developing industrial automation control products and motion control solutions, is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing technical support for Unitronics products globally
Identifying faults and exploring technical solutions to resolve it
Conducting technical training and presentations for the company's customers
Assisting with pre-sales and post-sales technical activities
Participating in global exhibitions

Engineering education in the fields of control/ machinery / electrical/ electronic / mechatronics / software, or any equivalent field
3-5 years of experience in industrial automation field
Experience in the development of industrial automation systems, programming controllers and HMI systems - a significant advantage
Familiarity with industrial protocols or motion systems – advantage
Proficiency in conducting technical presentations - must
Fluent English – Verbal and writing
Willingness to flight abroad, a few times a year
