AI Developer – Elad Systems | Data Division
 
Summary
We are seeking an experienced and data-oriented AI Developer to design and build advanced agent-based systems and intelligent applications powered by LLM's. You will work closely with our data and cloud engineering teams to deliver production-ready GenAI solutions such as chatbots, RAG pipelines, MCPs, and agentic Applications.
The role is offered in a hybrid model based in Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv

What You'll Do
Design and implement AI solutions leveraging multi-agent architectures and advanced LLM frameworks.
Develop scalable and modular AI services in Python, ensuring robustness and adaptability.
Collaborate with cloud engineers to deploy and maintain AI applications in production cloud environments.
Integrate AI capabilities into large-scale data projects, ensuring seamless alignment of AI solutions with our data-driven platforms.
 
What You Bring
1-3 year of hands-on experience working with LLMs in production or applied research.
Practical experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrawAI, or LlamaIndex.
Experience with vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, Vespa, FAISS, etc.) for building scalable RAG pipelines
Strong proficiency in Python – must.
Experience deploying AI applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred, GCP/Azure welcome).
Track record of contributing to advanced AI projects: RAG, chatbots, OCR/ recognition, NLP/speech transcription.
Familiarity with multi-agent system design.
A solid, data-oriented mindset with hands-on experience building data projects pipelines at various data services/platforms. 
Awareness of secure AI deployment practices in enterprise environments (data compliance, safe handling of PII)

Advantage
In-depth knowledge of AWS Bedrock and/or Azure AI Foundery
Experience with MLOps practices or deploying models into production environments.
Background in web application development (backend, complex APIs, client-server architecture).
Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, Neptune) for knowledge-intensive AI solutions.
