Role Overview
We are seeking a high-Caliber Performance Marketing manager to spearhead the growth of our 12+ international e-commerce stores. This is a critical role for a strategic thinker who has mastered the "Agency-to-Brand" transition. You will be the primary architect of our paid media strategy, responsible for managing our external performance agency and ensuring every dollar spent translates into profitable, scalable growth.
You aren't just managing campaigns; you are managing a global performance engine across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging AI-driven channels.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Agency Management & ROI Mastery
•
Direct Agency Oversight: Lead and hold our external performance agency accountable for daily KPIs, media buying execution, and technical accuracy across 12 markets.
•
Performance Auditing: Conduct deep-dive audits of agency work to ensure best-in-class account structures, bidding strategies, and creative testing frameworks.
•
Attribution & Profitability: Move beyond ROAS to focus on Marketing Efficiency Ratio and LTV/CAC, utilizing advanced attribution tools to understand the true impact of our spend.
2. Omnichannel Growth & 2026 AI Adaptation
•
AI-Driven Performance: Oversee the transition to AI-powered ad products (PMax, Advantage+, TikTok Smart Creative) and ensure our data feeds are optimized for AI search engines.
•
Global Scaling: Coordinate the launch of performance campaigns for new markets, ensuring localization is not just translated but culturally resonant.
•
Content-Performance Bridge: Partner with the Content Team to brief high-performing UGC and "Performance-First" creative based on data-driven winners.
3. Technical SEO & Data Governance
•
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the Website Manager to ensure landing pages are optimized for the traffic you drive.
•
Data Integrity: Ensure tracking (GTM, Server-Side API, Pixels) is flawless across all 12 stores to prevent data loss in a cookieless environment.
4. Budget & Financial Reporting
•
Budget Orchestration: Manage multi-million dollar annual budgets, dynamically shifting spend between channels based on real-time performance and inventory levels .
•
Senior Reporting: Translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives for the Ecom INTL Director.


The Ideal Candidate (Requirements)
  • A minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced Digital Agency (mastering the technical execution) followed by minimum 4 years in a Brand-Side Digital Marketing role (mastering the business strategy).

  • Proven track record of managing performance for high-growth e-com brands with international stores.
Direct experience managing and scaling external performance agencies, including setting SLAs and managing annual contracts.

Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Pmax focus), and TikTok Ads Manager.

Master of Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and GTM.

Advantage: Experience with AI marketing tools, Heatmapping software (Hotjar/Lucky Orange), and Yotpo.

Language: Fluent English (Must). Additional languages for our 12 markets are a major plus.
