Job Description
Assume end-to-end responsibility for the learning pool of the PL, with a continued effort to increase CSE’s performance globally, by ongoing improvement of the level and quality of:
Documentations and training materials
Courses, learning methods, and CS certification path
Learning & Knowledge systems and technologies (LMS, SharePoint, web learning etc.)
Technical training skills - classroom training, online, remote, MR training, etc.
Job Responsibilities
Performing training needs analysis to understand the training requirements of the following functions: PL, NPI, Territories, PLCS, GCS, and other functions according to business needs.
Integrating all training needs into a training program on monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases.
Establishing and maintaining the professional and training path and the certification path for all products under the PL according to KLA standards.
Developing learning items, training materials, and tutorials for each product according to the PLC phase of each product.
Delivering learning activities (online, classroom, remote training, etc.) according to PLC.
Initiating activities to improve training efficiency and effectiveness, including KPI’s.
Leading knowledge and sharing methodologies.
Leading the preparation of documentation and training materials for existing and new products according to KLA standards (such as ProMapBT and CBL) and PLC deliverables.
Updating and distributing materials resulting from system changes and upgrades
Maintaining and supporting knowledge platforms (LMS, SharePoint, IPC, VFI, KLA TV, HoloLens, etc.).
Supporting and mentoring trainers, local champions, and training activities within the territories to meet business needs.
Providing training in different territories according to business needs.
Delivering TTT – Train the Trainers program, and certify new instructors
Minimum Qualifications
Engineering degree and related work experience of 5 years;
