for power Plant project. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of
all Civil works on site, ensuring that the EPC contractor's work meets the project specifications,
industry standards, Israeli's local requirements, and the owner's expectations.

· Ensure that the construction complies with the design and contract requirements,
applicable codes (IEC, IEEE), and local regulations.
· Participate in design review meetings and HAZOP studies.
· Monitor all civil construction activities and ensure that the construction is according to
approved designs and quality standards.
· Assist in resolving engineering issues that arise during construction.
· Interface with the EPC contractor, Owner’s project team, and third-party consultants to
ensure technical alignment.
· Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with health, safety, and
environmental (HSE) standards.
· Prepare the OE civil technical reports and escalate critical issues to the Project Manager.

• · Bachelor's degree in civil engineering specializing in structural.
• · Registered Israeli civil engineer.
• · Preferred holding an Israeli civil engineer licenses as structural engineer.
• · Minimum of 5 years in Civil engineering on industrial large-scale projects.
• · Experience in combined cycle power plant is highly preferred.
• · In-depth knowledge of international design codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocodes)
• · Full familiarity with the requirements of the Israeli's law and local authorities.
• · Strong understanding of construction practices, quality assurance, and project
• management
• · Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and across cultures.
• · Fluent Hebrew and English
