Senior System Engineer

Define and manage complex multi-disciplinary system requirements for internal RnD and sub-contractors.
Creatively lead complex trade-off analysis with high-profile multi-disciplinary team.
Define and manage the system requirements, through design reviews, verification, and validation process.
Design methods and architectures using calibration, pre-distortion, compression, PA linearization and other mechanisms to optimize wireless systems.
Define control procedures, flows and telemetry to achieve robust and efficient system in space environment.
Work with best-in-class dynamic RnD, to create a technology breakthrough in an immerging market.

BSc in Electrical Engineering.
7+ yeas experience in designing wireless systems, including hands on lab testing and integration.
Experience in system design of SW, HW, and FW requirements, definitions, interaction & flows.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead tasks & feature teams.
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork, ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
