System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage and optimize a robust infrastructure supporting VoIP services, SaaS platforms, IP phone provisioning, and complex Linux server environments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional focused on uptime, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain & troubleshoot VoIP services (Asterisk / Kamailio)
* Analyze SIP protocols using Wireshark, VoipMonitor, RTP trace tools
* Provision & configure IP phones: firmware updates, templates, SIP setup
* Administer Linux servers (Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu): firewall, crontabs, services
* Collaborate with dev & support teams on deployments and escalations
* Manage virtualization (mainly Proxmox): templates, snapshots, backups
* Create Zabbix templates and alert rules for system monitoring
* Automate deployments using Ansible
* Develop dashboards in Grafana/Prometheus for service metrics

* Bash scripting for automation
* Zabbix monitoring setup and optimization
* Infrastructure as Code with Ansible
* Grafana/Prometheus for performance monitoring

* 3+ years of SIP/VoIP experience
* Skilled in Wireshark/VoipMonitor for SIP/RTP analysis
* Proficient with Asterisk and/or Kamailio platforms
* Advanced Linux administration skills
* Strong networking knowledge: DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, VLANs, IPTables
* PHP experience for APIs, provisioning, automation
* Agi scripts writing.
* Virtualization experience (Proxmox, KVM, VMware, etc.)
