Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all lifecycle stages for a product
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
• Lead engineering scrum teams, as Product Owner, to deliver with optimal time-to-market, quality, and resources
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, support, and other stakeholders to shape requirements
• Drive product launches along with marketing, sales, and other product and project managers
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new creative ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Participate in the development and formation of the product’s strategy and roadmap, by performing market research and interacting with customers, prospects, partners, and sales personnel
• Serve as an in-house expert for our product and become the go-to person for all functional issues
  
  

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven experience in B2B product management, both inbound and outbound
• Solid hands-on experience in software development
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment with cross-functional teams
  
  

• Experience in engineering management (team leader/group leader)
• Experience with one or more of: security, IT administration, big data, analytics, DevOps
• Hands-on experience with a public cloud provider (e.g. Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Worked in an Agile environment (SCRUM)
