QA & Automation Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced QA & Automation Senior Manager to lead testing and automation for advanced networking products in Telco and Data Center environments. The role includes managing a global QA team, defining testing processes, building automation infrastructure, and ensuring high product quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Define and implement comprehensive QA and automation strategy (manual, automated, performance, and scale testing).
* Manage and mentor a global team of QA engineers (manual and automation).
* Select, implement, and maintain automation tools, frameworks, and infrastructure.
* Ensure product quality prior to release, track KPIs, and oversee release readiness.
* Define and implement efficient testing processes, integrated with CI/CD workflows.
* Collaborate closely with development, product, and support teams.

* 5+ years managing QA & automation teams, preferably in Networking or Embedded Systems.
* 10+ years overall QA and automation experience.
* Strong technical automation skills: Python (essential), Java (advantage).
* Experience architecting and building automation infrastructures.
* Understanding of networking protocols (IP, MPLS) and traffic generators (TREX, IXIA, Spirent) a plus.
* Proven leadership, strategic planning, and team-building abilities.
