What You’ll Do -
Lead and mentor a team of up to 4 developers-
Drive agile processes and serve as Scrum Master-
Assign tasks, track execution, and ensure timely delivery-
Work with business teams to support banking and enterprise solutions-
Troubleshoot and balance workloads effectively-
דרישות התפקיד
Requirements (Must-Have)-
2+ years of experience managing a development team-
Strong Oracle / PL/SQL expertise, including writing complex procedures and queries-
Hands-on Java development (Groovy – strong plus)-
Knowledge of API integration and large, complex systems-
System analysis experience-
Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills-
Experience with SSL/TLS and secure API communication-
Ability to work independently under pressure-
Strong communication and collaboration skills-
Professional references – required-
Nice to Have
Shell scripting (Bash)-
Experience with DataStage-
