We're seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to join our R&D team. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex technical challenges.

About the Role

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll be a key technical contributor to our team, working on distributed systems and helping shape our architecture.

You'll be joining a collaborative global team working on a strategic solution that's approaching its first major delivery. But this is just the beginning—new features and versions will continue to evolve, and your contributions will shape the product's future.

Requirements:

7+ years of backend software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python.
Working knowledge of Redis and Kafka.
Experience designing and maintaining distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with multiple database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent English communication skills for our global team environment.
Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes.
