Student – IT Help Desk

We are looking for a hands-on and tech-savvy IT support student to assist the IT Manager in day-to-day operations and longer-term projects. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic high-tech environment, working with global systems and advanced tools.
Responsibilities
• Assist with setting up and maintaining laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
• Help manage software installations, updates, and licensing
• Support users with hardware and software troubleshooting
• Maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventory
• Provide basic technical training and onboarding for new employees
• Assist in managing email systems, Office365, and internal tools
• Take part in improving internal systems such as the intranet and website
• Help monitor system performance and identify potential issues
• Support cybersecurity and backup routines
• Work on small IT projects and contribute to implementation tasks
• Provide general administrative support to the IT Manager
