A fast-growing startup is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel.
Role Description:
Provide legal support on commercial and corporate matters across the company;
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements (SaaS licensing, services, partner agreements, etc.);
Work closely with company stakeholders, including the Sales team, to support sales operations;
Advise on compliance and regulatory efforts, including privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and AI regulation requirements;
Assist with internal legal processes and documentation.
Reporting to: General Counsel
Location: Tel Aviv
דרישות התפקיד
2–4 years of experience in commercial law (law firm or in-house);
Licensed to practice law in Israel;
Excellent command of English and Hebrew (written and spoken);
Strong interest in technology and business environments;
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently;
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
